Downhill Course – Confidence and Technique
Nail those downhills! Out on the trails you’ll meet some epic downhills and we want you to be smiling, woohooing, and confident to fully enjoy them!
This session is perfect for anyone looking to feel more confident going downhill, and will help give you an edge with your performance.
We’ll go through drills to get warmed up and prime our legs for the trails, where we head out and put in the reps!
You’ll learn heaps of tips to make your trail journey more enjoyable!
Bring: Prepare for adventure attitude, water, and your most suitable running shoes.
There’s an option to join in on the event the next day, 27 October. Chitty Chitty Run Run. Make an entire weekend out of it!
Use your newly gained skills on 5km, 10km or 15km of trail running!

Sunday, event day, we put course markings out, tell you exactly where to go, provide you with heaps of info and you’ll have truckloads of other people around you the whole time! The time in nature really helps to reset your mind and prep you for your busy week ahead.
