Your Club’s next FUN-raiser sorted!!!
This is waaaaay better than a sausage sizzle and going home smelling like smoked meat!
What you’ll get donated to your Club:
- $350 for a group of 10 or more
- $200 for a group of 6-9
Who we are:
If you haven’t seen Perth Trail Series (PTS) on TV or Facebook yet, here’s a link to Destination WA covering our super fun and quirky night race ‘Moonshadow.’
We think this video paints the best picture for what your role entails on event day.
What you’ll do:
Sunday morning ~2-3 hour shift at an awesome Trail Running event.
You may help our participants (700+ people come out to the bush to run/walk distances from 5-50km) check in on event morning by giving them their reusable race number and race belt.
Then you get to hang out in the event village, dance to the pumping tunes and get ready for your finish line duties of greeting all the participants on their return. You’ll hand out medals (bling bling!) and collect the reusable race number and race belt to the VERY happy and grateful participants.
Detailed instructions are emailed prior to the event and you’ll be supported on the day by our awesome PTS Team. Literally turn up and hang out. No financial outlay for your club (no buying buns, snags, ice). Just show up and let us do all the organising for you!
We’d love for you to wear your club uniforms and promote your club and to get a group picture for your socials/newsletter BUT we will have you wear our distinctive Woohoo Crew shirts while completing your duties so our participants can spot you as a helper from a mile away! Bring your club flags/banners if you’ve got them… or anything else unique to you!
What’s the catch? Nothing! Your club gets paid for their help in providing a second to none experience for our participants. You get to be around hundreds of enthusiastic and friendly people out in nature!
*helpers of all ages are welcome, however only those aged 16 years or older will be counted toward the total number.
It’s the most fun you can have fundraising but we’re ONLY taking one group per event, so don’t miss out!
