Our social runs are the perfect way to introduce yourself to the Perth Trail Series family. 

King’s Park – EVERY Thursday

We meet in front of Aspects at 5.55pm for 6pm start and finish at 7pm.
We trot for 8-10kms staying together. It’s fun, social, and free.
If you’re working close by, no excuse not to get out more often!

Intro to Trail Running Courses

Perfect for beginners, those still new to trail events, or if you’re looking to meet more people and build your confidence on the trails!

We’ll take you through the basics and give you all the tips and tricks to make the start of your trail journey amazing!

To ensure you’re prepped for success we invite you to a put your skills into action in a trail running event the next day!

Saturdays: 3.30pm – 5:00pm Introduction to Trail Running. Immediately following this, you’ll head out on a short social group run.

Bring: Prepare for adventure attitude, water, and your most suitable running shoes.


Downhill Course – Confidence and Technique

Nail those downhills! Out on the trails you’ll meet some epic downhills and we want you to be smiling, woohooing, and confident to fully enjoy them!
This session is perfect for anyone looking to feel more confident going downhill, and will help give you an edge with your performance.
We’ll go through drills to get warmed up and prime our legs for the trails, where we head out and put in the reps!

You’ll  learn heaps of tips to make your trail journey more enjoyable!
